Trophy Pet Foods is a family run business, has a large team of successful, established franchisees and when you visit our Head Office in Oxfordshire you will see the support and back-up facilities that are in constant operation. This will enable you to visualise how it all works, from Head Office support to in the field, to our distribution warehouse, to your own area. A Trophy Pet Foods franchise provides the security of a strong brand that gives you the benefit of running your own business to suit your time and circumstances.

Who

Here at Trophy we don’t use the hard sell approach. Sales experience can help but we can train you in this, if you don’t have this skill currently. You simply need to be focused, motivated to run your own business and prepared to work hard, putting in some long hours until you are established. Communication skills will also offer you success. This will be your very own local based business, with great flexibility, long term rewards and job satisfaction.

 Our current franchisees come from a variety of backgrounds, we have ex farmers, miners, bank managers, vet practice managers, plus teachers, factory shift workers and print managers. They are all now successful Trophy franchisees and demonstrate that anyone can apply to become one of our new Trophy franchisees.

Training

The first 4 days training (spread over a week here at our offices in Oxfordshire) kick starts the business. Followed by 4 days of in field training in your area with your Franchise Support Manager (FSM). This is then followed by a 1 day work shop, after approximately 3 months of trading, to review and discuss your new business, consolidate and plan for the future. Also included is a further 1 day of Show/Event training by an established Trophy Franchisee to guide you through your first show or event.

Support

Trophy Pet Foods is a family run business, has a large team of successful, established franchisees and when you visit our Head Office in Oxfordshire you will see the support and back-up facilities that are in constant operation. This will enable you to visualise how it all works, from Head Office support to in the field, to our distribution warehouse, to your own area.

Trophy works closely with each new franchisee to establish a large customer base within the first few months. With a 'try before you buy' policy experienced franchisees can expect a 50-60% take up rate and a high customer retention rate. Our franchisees have full access to their own Trophy Franchise Support Manager (FSM), who carry out all support, development and growth plans. The FSM is responsible for the infield launch programme and will also guide the new franchisee through their first few years with Trophy.

Over two decades, the Trophy Head Office Team have developed & perfected an excellent Launch Programme followed by some of the best support around. This product knowledge, nutritional advice and sales technique is exactly what is needed to develop a large customer base. Everything is tailored towards this goal, allowing the franchisee to become profitable as soon as possible.
