Our Franchise Owners have often had a personal experience of poor Home Care being delivered to a family member. This has made them determined ‘to do it better’ and with our help they will achieve that.
You MUST be sufficiently motivated to WANT to grow your own business and future and be committed to working the Supreme Homecare system.
You will also possess strong ethics and be a good communicator in verbal and written form.
The pre-trading classroom-based training programme takes the franchisee and registered care manager through the operations manual and all our policies and procedures and lasts a minimum of 8 days. Additionally, franchisees and care managers receive a minimum of 3 days experiential learning in the fully-operational corporate branch in Telford. Throughout the length of the franchise agreement, additional training and refreshers are offered, usually without extra charge.
