It’s always beneficial to have experience of either recruitment or logistics but it isn’t a necessity. As long as you are enthusiastic we will provide you with all the training you will require.


Our training programme commences with an intensive five-day course based at our head office in Warrington. Training includes both classroom and on the job tuition and covers all aspects of our business including staff recruitment, client care, sales and marketing, accounts and administration. Our programme can be tailored to take into account a candidate’s experience, strengths and weaknesses, allowing greater concentration on specific areas. Further onsite training is carried out.
