Training

We consider training to be of paramount importance and franchisees will receive full management and product training. Additionally a pre-opening training course is arranged for all members of staff. This includes training on all aspects of the business such as how to work the coffee machines, use the ePOS system and how to effectively manage your orders, stock levels and wastage.  Esquires’ management team are also on hand when the coffee house opens and maintain full hands on support until we are happy that franchisee, staff and systems are working successfully and efficiently as a team.

Support

At Esquires Coffee Houses you will never feel alone as you will be part of one big team. We will be there to help you from the very beginning, aiding you with finding the right location for your coffee house, helping you to secure the lease to arranging the store fit out. The Esquires Coffee Houses management team is there to help you with everything from recruitment, operational support to marketing.

We provide operational support on both a national and regional scale. Nationally we have operational support dedicated to sourcing and working with current suppliers, providing ePOS support and arranging mystery shopper visits to provide continuous auditing of the stores. Regionally we provide operational support through our area managers visiting stores on a regular basis to carry out audits to ensure your store is running up to standard. Our area managers are there to provide support and advice on customer service, recruitment and best practices to ensure that each store can perform to the best of its abilities.

We provide a regular programme of national marketing campaigns which include point of sale materials, posters and digital assets. We also provide assistance with local store marketing, including: advertising, affiliates, producing point of sales material, flyers and social media. We have an active PR agency that will be on hand to promote your store whenever required.

We have a very active presence on social media, having accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. We use social media to build awareness and engagement about the Esquires Coffee brand, with the focus of encouraging consumers through the door. Using social media we host weekly competitions, highlight our latest product offerings, in-store events, charity work and achievements, plus much more. Franchisees are therefore encouraged to let us know their latest goings on and store highlights to be promoted on our various social media sites.

As well as using social media to give our brand a voice in the online world, we also have a website where customers can find out information such as where their nearest store is, view our latest campaigns and product offerings, see our latest in-store events and to check out our latest charity work etc.
