A new franchisee would undergo residential and on-site training covering all aspects of the position. In addition to this the franchisor is responsible for conducting training for all sales, account management and administration staff including both residential and on-site.

Regional Franchise – This franchise is focused on client acquisition and would suit a person with a strong direct sales background. Responsibilities include establishing a sales office within the regional territory and building a field based sales team of up to 15 people with a target of delivering 30 new accounts to each of the 5 district franchises in the territory. The Regional Franchisee would also be responsible for forging links with all major business leaders in the area and running networking meetings for ambassador members to propagate a strong referral pipeline.
District Franchise – This franchise is focused on the continual development of clients’ accounts and is therefore suited to a customer serviced focused franchisee with strong leadership and account management skills. Responsibilities include establishing a branch office for the district and developing a team of account managers who are responsible for promoting and trading the client’s goods/services within the global network of customers
